This brochure describes South Dakota’s Family Support 360 program aimed at broadening opportunities for people with developmental disabilities across the lifespan. Eligibility guidelines are provided as well as instructions on how to apply for children or adults.
The Family Support 360 program is:
- A wide range of services and supports provided to families of children with a developmental disability and adults with a developmental disability
- Designed to help children and adults stay with their family or in their own home
- A pool of flexible funds that can be used to purchase services or supports not otherwise available
