This brochure from the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare describes its self direction program “My Voice My Choice.” The program is available to individuals who are eligible for the Medicaid Developmental Disabilities Waiver who are looking for:
- Freedom to plan their own lives
- Control over their Medicaid dollars
- Support to become involved in their communities
- Responsibility for their own choices and decisions
