This manual functions as a primary reference document for licensed providers delivering I/DD services covered by North Dakota’s Department of Human Services’ Developmental Disabilities Division (DD Division). The DD Division provides support and training to clients and families in order to maximize community and family inclusion, independence, and self-sufficiency. The DD Division contracts with private, nonprofit and for-profit organizations to provide an array of residential services, day services, and family support services. This manual is intended to complement the federal and state rules and regulations.
